Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic To San Diego RegionsDocumented and trained a multi-million dollar Claims Processing system, Membership Accounting and Billing Systems, Vision Services, and POS systems for Kaiser Permanente. Upgraded a 3000 topic (25MB) WinHelp system to a web-based Employee Performance Support System (EPSS) on an Intranet using Robohelp designed and developed an online information system with policies & procedures and end-user documentation coded in HTML. Supported a varied audience of over 800 end-users in ten different clinical and operational settings ranging from Registered Nurses to data-entry processors.

Kaiser Permanente, California Service Center Provide Training for employees on basic systems: Microsoft NT, MS Exchange/Lotus Notes, MS Access, and MS Office, as well as, advance systems: Work Management System, Imaging systems, Foundation Systems, and ROBOHELP.
Coordinated and delivered stand-up instruction to class sizes of up to 80 attendees. Trained over 1000 users transitioning from a mainframe system to a Windows environment. Developed training curriculum including handouts, job aids, daily quizzes, worksheets, and final tests.
Developed a 4MB WinHelp system for end-users using RoboHELP on Windows 3.1 and NT 4.0 platforms. Wrote over 500 topics for membership and financial system modules.
